The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) has developed a step-by-step guide to help condominium owners and boards navigate the installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS). The CAO also provides templates to assist owners in submitting applications and boards in responding to EVCS installation requests.
