“Unconvinced, Unprepared, and Out of Money” is a research report published by Consumers Council Canada to outline the actions that homeowners could take to adapt and protect their homes from climate change and the barriers to action that exist.
From surveys and focus groups, it was found that many homeowners would consider themselves “unconvinced, unprepared, and out of money” to adapt their homes to climate change.
