The Board of Directors for the Home Construction Regulatory Authority is pleased to announce that Wendy Moir has been appointed as the new CEO and Registrar of the HCRA, effective April 5, 2021.
The Home Construction Regulatory Authority is now responsible for regulating and licensing the people and companies who build and sell new homes in the province.
In preparation for its launch early next year, the Home Construction Regulatory Authority has posted new licensing fees along with guidelines for builder conduct and consumer complaints.
