The Ontario Builder Directory is the official source of information on Ontario’s 7,000+ licensed new home builders and sellers. It provides important information to help you make informed decisions, including:

- Years of activity
- Number of homes built
- Regulatory actions, where applicable
- Warranty information
Definitions:
- Vendor Builder (VB): A licensed new home builder and/or seller
- Location: Refers to the location of the builder or seller’s head office
